Upon clearing the requisite installments as per your purchase agreement, our legal team assists you with all documentation, government fee assessments, sub-registry appointments, and seamless mutation clearance.
Guided site tours are organized 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday) with dedicated transport from our Corporate Office. You can reserve your slot directly through RHDL Care or our Register Interest page.
Plots in developed blocks are ready for boundary demarcation and construction following masterplan building code approval. RHDL provides architectural advisory and utility liaison to streamline your construction.
